Van Driver
Ensure passengers get where they need to be, when they need to be there, with professionalism and empathy.
Van drivers play a critical role in transporting students and youth in passenger vans that accommodate fewer than nine passengers. Becoming one of our van drivers is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about making a difference to gain professional driving experience transporting a small number of passengers before advancing to buses or other larger transport vehicles.
Service Technician
Provide peace of mind to drivers, students and parents through fleet and vehicle maintenance positions.
Service technicians are the foundation of Dean’s operations, ensuring each bus meets all safety standards and providing drivers with necessary vehicle support. Highly knowledgeable and highly valued within our organization, service technicians provide everything from preventative and predictive maintenance to vehicle diagnostics and more.
School Bus Attendant
Deliver compassion by playing a guiding role in the lives of students every day.
Our dedicated attendants work diligently to ensure students receive the support they need so our bus drivers can focus on the road. Attendants play a vital role on special education buses as aides and on general education buses as monitors.
